Cookie Policy
Every cookie agency.kernion.io sets, why, how long it lives, and whether it's optional.
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate agency.kernion.io. We also run privacy-first, first-party analytics for tenant sites; analytics events are recorded only after explicit consent through the cookie banner. We do not share cookie data with advertisers, and analytics stays in our own Postgres database.

"Strictly necessary" cookies are exempt from consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the matching national implementations in DE, AT, FR, IT, ES, HR, NL, BE, PL, PT, SE, and IE — we still list them here for transparency.
2. Analytics and technologies we avoid
Our analytics is first-party: page paths, referrer origins, campaign parameters, coarse device/browser categories, and country codes from trusted edge headers. We do not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in analytics events.
- We do not use third-party analytics trackers such as Google Analytics, Plausible, or Matomo on this site.
- No advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar.
- No third-party embed trackers (YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds and similar where used).
- No fingerprinting.
3. Local storage and session storage
The website uses localStorage for non-identifying UI state (e.g.
"dark mode on", "you dismissed the cookie explainer"). This is not shared with any
third party and does not contain personal data.
4. How to disable cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will stop the site from functioning: language persistence, sign-in, and form submissions will not work.
5. Third-party services you interact with
When you use our live chat or SMS demo, requests are handled by our AI inference and telephony providers (see Subprocessors). Those providers do not set cookies on this site. If you click an outbound link (e.g. to our GitHub or LinkedIn), you leave agency.kernion.io and those sites' cookie practices apply.
6. Changes
If we add new non-essential technology, we will: (a) ask for consent via a banner before enabling it, (b) update this page, and (c) announce the change in our changelog.
